All intake and consent forms must be submitted 12 hours before your appointment.
Please check your email for important information about arriving to your appointment, including our address.
We are only open by appointment and do not take walk-ins.
A card on file is required to book.
Cancelation Policy
We believe in supporting you through all of life's twists and turns. If you need to cancel your appointment, give us at least 24 hours’ notice, and there will be no fees. If you need to cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment time, you will be charged 50% of the cost of your scheduled service.
